Ophélie Clermont

She has experience in a number of dance styles, including Swing, which she has been teaching for many years. She has a master's degree in psycho-education and solid experience in early childhood support.

With a desire to combine her two passions, Ophélie offers parent-baby dance classes, where getting back into shape is done in a warm, caring and creative atmosphere. Trained and supported by Eryn Dace Trudell, founder of MamanDanses, her vision is to create a space where parents and babies can flourish together through dance, fostering both parental bonding and physical development.
