Nadia Cegarra Zamora

My name is Nadia Cegarra Zamora and I am the mother of a 4 and a half year old girl and a baby star. I am a special educator in the early years and then a relational psychomotricist. Since I was a little girl, I have experienced dance very closely; it quickly became one of my greatest resources to travel through my emotions, my body, my movement, my history. Everything goes through the body and then the encounter with motherhood opened the possibility to train with Eryn with the Mamadances programs (baby moms then parents children). This training allowed me to connect my two passions, my daughter and dance. It is a huge gift to dance with your child and then to find yourself through movement in a language so pure and simple and yet so true.
Currently you can find me in different languages as I live in Barcelona (Spain) and I am French offering different programs for moms and their babies and parents and their children on Instagram @mamadansa.
